Get help
The fastest way to reach us is email. We read every message and reply personally.
When you write, it helps to know:
- Which device you're on (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch).
- The version of Flows (Settings → About inside the app).
- What you tried, what you expected, and what happened instead.
Request a feature
We run a public feedback board where anyone can suggest a feature, vote on existing ideas, and see what's planned or shipped. It's the best way to make sure an idea is seen, and to know whether someone else has already asked for it.
The most-voted requests are the ones we look at first, so a vote really does count.
Report a bug
For something that's clearly broken, email help@flowsapp.io directly. It's faster than the board and we can ask follow-up questions. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
If Flows crashed, Apple may have already sent us an anonymised crash report through App Store Connect. There's no personal information in those, so a quick email from you is what tells us which crash matters and to whom.
Common questions
The press kit FAQ answers the questions we hear most often: what data leaves your device, whether Flows is on Android or the web, what happens to your data if you cancel a subscription, and how Flows compares to other time trackers. Worth a look before writing in.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
When you'll hear back
Flows is built by two people, evenings and weekends. We aim to reply to email within two working days. Feature board posts get a status update from us as soon as we've thought about them properly, which sometimes takes longer because we'd rather give an honest answer than a quick one.
